Biomechanics

The way you move may give clues to why you get pain:

A biomechanics assessment looks at how your feet, ankles, knees, hips, pelvis work. And how your footwear, work, sport, and daily habits interact.

It may help:

  • feet that tire quickly

  • heel pain or plantar fasciitis

  • recurring ankle sprains

  • symptoms linked to foot, knee, hip, or lower-back movement

  • Children’s feet. Advice based on age, footwear, and activity. Treatment may include reassurance, footwear, monitoring, or orthoses where appropriate.

  • Elderly Feet. Comfortable support for the less mobile and elderly

the simplest solutions are sometimes small changes:

footwear, exercises, taping
