Biomechanics
The way you move may give clues to why you get pain:
A biomechanics assessment looks at how your feet, ankles, knees, hips, pelvis work. And how your footwear, work, sport, and daily habits interact.
It may help:
feet that tire quickly
heel pain or plantar fasciitis
recurring ankle sprains
symptoms linked to foot, knee, hip, or lower-back movement
Children’s feet. Advice based on age, footwear, and activity. Treatment may include reassurance, footwear, monitoring, or orthoses where appropriate.
Elderly Feet. Comfortable support for the less mobile and elderly
the simplest solutions are sometimes small changes:
footwear, exercises, taping
